Service Description

Learn how to make beautiful Prussian blue prints using , a camera-less photographic printing process. During this 3-hr hands on workshop, Bean will introduce you to the basics of cyanotype printmaking, exploring it's history and the techniques involved, with plenty of opportunity to experiment and create your own botanical prints to take home. You can also unleash your inner poet and add your own text to your prints, using a selection of words and quotes. After foraging for specimens, objects are placed on the pre treated watercolour paper and exposed to UV sunlight to create a unique blue photographic image. All materials are provided, but feel free to bring any pressed flowers, leaves or feathers that you may have at home. The workshop is hosted by Wild Wisteria, and will be held in their exciting new premises in the old NatWest Bank in Narberth. The cost of the workshop, including materials, is £50 The day runs from 10-1pm hot drinks will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make the session, you must give at least 5-days notice for your place to be differed to another workshop date or for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, after this this time, we cannot offer a refund, however the offer to differ your booking to an alternative date still stands. The workshop requires at least 5 bookings for it to take place. If there are not enough people to make the numbers up, you will be offered a place on another workshop date, or a full refund will be offered. If this is the case, you will be informed no later than 5-days prior to the workshop date. If in the event the tutor is ill, the workshop will be rescheduled or you will be refunded in full.
